Christopher Fuller—At-Large Representative

Christopher Fuller

Christopher Fuller is Director of Instructional Technology for Urbana School District #116. Prior to joining the Urbana School District Christopher served as Teacher, Technology Coordinator, Academic Instructional Technology Coordinator, and Instructional Specialist with Prince George’s County Public Schools. His responsibilities included, Blackboard System Administrator, Discovery Education Streaming Account Manager, and chairing the school district’s annual technology conference; Powering Up With Technology.

As a middle school teacher Christopher worked enthusiastically with fellow teachers to integrate technology into the curriculum and provided technology training to teachers and administrators to transforming student learning experiences using technology as an educational enhancement tool.

Christopher is a Maryland Technology Academy Fellow and has been a MICCA (Maryland Instructional Computer Coordinator’s Association), an ISTE affiliate, member since 2001. While at MICCA he participated and presented at annual conferences and became more involved in the association by serving as Conference Assistant Chair, Advocacy Co-Chair, and Executive Board member.

As an ISTE member, Christopher has participated in several events such as the Leadership Symposiums, Digital Equity Summits and State Advocacy Building Conference and is currently serving as Chair of the Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) sessions for NECC 2009.

Christopher earned a BS in Economics from North Carolina A&T State University, MS in Instructional Technology from Towson University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
