Q: How much does it cost to join ISTE?

Q: May I use a purchase order to order products or services from ISTE?
A: ISTE accepts purchase orders from companies within the United States. Purchase orders must be faxed or mailed to us.

Q: May I purchase a member list or a conference attendee list from ISTE?

Please note that ISTE doesn't sell e-mail addresses or phone numbers.

Q: May I opt out of getting mail from ISTE?
A: We may request contact and other personal information to fulfill transactions, such as ISTE membership, purchases, events registration, or requests for information. We may also use your contact information to alert you to new ISTE products and services.
We share certain membership information with qualified third-party vendors for offerings that we determine to be of interest to our members. If you would like to be removed from any or all lists not directly related to our membership services, please contact us at mailinglists@iste.org.

Q: May I advertise in your periodicals?

Q: How can I receive a copy of ISTE's catalog?
A: Go to www.iste.org/bookstore. In the left-hand menu, click on catalog to view your options for downloading a copy or requesting a printed copy.

Q: I want to purchase an ISTE book but it isn’t published yet. How can I be notified when it comes in?
A: Yes. This can be done in three ways:
- Go to www.iste.org/bookstore. Find the book that you would like and, if it is not yet published, click on the "notify me" button, enter your name and email. When the book is released, an email will be sent to you letting you know that it is available for purchase.
- Call customer service and place the order using a credit card. When the book arrives, it will be shipped out automatically and already paid for in full. Your credit card will be charged in advance of the book being in stock and available for shipment.
- Send in a purchase order. The order will be placed and the book will ship automatically when it arrives. Once the book is shipped, an invoice will be sent out to complete the purchase order.

Q: I need an invoice from ISTE. How may I obtain one?
A: For an invoice related to ISTE's annual conference & exposition (formerly known as NECC), please call 1.800.280.6218. The University of Oregon Continuation Center, our conference registration and exhibit sales contractor, will assist you.
For all other ISTE-related purchases, please contact ISTE Customer Service at 1.800.336.5191, and we'll direct your call to the appropriate department.
