Download times: all download times are calculated in seconds or minutes over a 53.3 kbs modem.

Download instructions: To download a PDF file, view the pop-up mouse menu (right-click on a PC or click-and-hold on a Mac) over a link to a PDF. Select “Save link as...”on the menu.
Note: some browsers do not support viewing a PDF document in the browser.

Installation requirements: To view the file, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 or higher installed on your computer. If you don’t already have this program, you can download it free at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
