Chuck Chulvick—At Large Representative

Chuck Chulvick has 30 years of experience in using, providing and managing technology in higher education in both Europe and the United States. This experience has included both academic (instructional computing) and administrative information systems. He is currently leading initiatives in web based distance education. He was involved in NECA as a society liaison for eight years. In his spare time, he tries to enjoy golf.

Currently, Chuck serves as Vice President for Learning and Technology Services, which is Raritan Valley Community College’s Chief Information/Technology Officer.
