Jiang (JoAnne) Lan—At-large Representative

Founder and current Director of the Office of Academic Computing & Technology at the School of Education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, JoAnn Lan developed her leadership skills in various positions in academic and professional organizations for educational technology. Lan’s teaching experience includes courses in English language, Educational Technology, and Teaching at universities in the United States and China. Her contributions in leadership and scholarship have been recognized through organizations such as PBS, the U.S. Department of Education, AACTE, Phi Beta Delta, and a nomination for the 1999 U.S. President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching.
