SIG Elections
Support the efforts of your Special Interest Group by participating in SIG Elections!
Special Interest Groups (SIGs) provide members the added benefit of a shared community in which to network, exchange information, and develop professionally with colleagues who share a similar passion and interest in a particular aspect of education technology. SIGs are led by member volunteers who coordinate the groups' year-round activities. SIG leaders develop and distribute member communications and facilitate networking and convene members in online and face-to-face professional development opportunities. SIG Elections provide a great opportunity for member participation.
Participation in SIG elections is vital to ensuring that effective leaders are selected to represent your interest group. SIG officers serve as critical stakeholders in helping to guide and shape strategic direction for education technology.
