Submission Guidelines for the SIGTel Bulletin (formerly the Journal of Online Learning)

The SIGTel Bulletin is published by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Special Interest Group for Telecommunications (SIGTel). The Bulletin solicits articles on aspects of K–12 and college instructional use of telecommunication, with emphasis on computer-mediated communication.

Manuscripts should be sent by e-mail as file attachments (Word or WordPerfect preferred). ASCII text in e-mail messages will also be accepted if attachments are not possible.
