SIGTel Online Learning Award Recipients 1998

Since 1991, the Special Interest Group for Telelearning (SIGTel), a SIG of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), has recognized creative educators for their pioneering use of telelearning activities to provide innovative learning opportunities for students in Grades K–16.
