Former ISTE president, Dr. Peggy Kelly, was a keynote speaker at the second annual Global Education Forum in Dubai, March 9-11. The underlying message at the forum, says Kelly, is that "Kids are different, expectations have changed, education must change." Kelly found the consistency between what educators are saying in the Middle East and in the U.S., Australia, Great Britain, and Asia inspirational and encouraging.
