ISTE members, help identify best practices in the classroom!
ISTE and HP are working to identify and highlight specific integration strategies and successful techniques for the use of technology to enhance learning and change the landscape of the traditional classroom environment. To that end, ISTE engaged schools that took part in the HP Technology for Teaching grant program from 2003 to 2008 in a competition to demonstrate best practices learned from receiving an HP grant.
The following three schools received the highest scores from ISTE mentors, and ISTE members were asked to cast their votes for their favorite project. The winning school receives a paid trip for one teacher to present their best practice project during a poster session at NECC 2009 in Washington, DC, June 28–July 1.
