2008 HP Technology for Teaching Worldwide Higher Education Conference:  Video Archives and Posters

The 2008 HP Technology for Teaching Worldwide Higher Education Conference took place this year in San Diego, California.  The 2007 HP Technology for Teaching grant award included funding for one representative from each campus to attend the annual HP Technology for Teaching Worldwide Higher Education Conference. This year 138 faculty representing 21 countries attended. This conference was a great opportunity to meet faculty from around the world who are similarly engaged in using technology to transform teaching and learning. The conference featured:

  • Presentations by experts and faculty who are experienced in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
  • Measuring Learning discussions to enhance project success
  • Professional networking, setting the stage for future collaboration
  • Hands-on workshops
  • Poster sessions
  • An elegant dinner reception on a dinner cruise

Presentations from this year’s conference are being made available as a free resource with support from the Hewlett-Packard Company.
