In times of budget cuts—just as in times of plenty—transformative leaders continue to work toward a shared vision of effective teaching and learning. Join us as we focus on practical solutions using digital resources, while continuing to lead boldly into the future. We understand the importance of continuing to champion the effective use of technology to support teaching and learning. But, in these days of tight budgets, we must continue to develop alternative strategies to convince our stakeholders that continued attention to technology is as important as every other educational initiative. In this Forum, you will investigate and discuss innovative ways to get this message across by looking through the eyes of a member of our stakeholder groups-- student, teacher, administrator, tech director, or parent. You will then collaborate with others to create your own creative message. Once the workshop is over, you will have a bank of creative, online presentations to help convince your constituent groups to keep their "eyes on the prize!" A full, delicious continental breakfast awaits you! Bring your own laptop for this highly interactive collaboration. New this year, we will be offering a virtual Technology Leadership Forum via “live” Webinar format for those unable to attend NECC. You can view the entire event and participate in the 4 hour interactive session beginning at 8 am Eastern on Wednesday, July 1st. Register by June 25th. For more information, contact Sherry Bosch at sbosch@iste.org. We look forward to seeing you in Washington, DC in July!
