2008 Leadership Symposium

Making the Leap from Paper to Practice is the theme for the 15th annual Leadership Symposium.

ISTE Education Technology leaders from around the globe will be making the leap from embracing the new NETS for Students and Teachers in concept to understanding what they look like in practice. Together, they will consider the leadership implications.

New this year, will be 8 snapshot sessions with exemplary educators offering a 10 min. activity to engage participants and then discuss which NETS standard the activity showcases and later answering questions on what factors it takes (professional development, technology, environment) to be able to offer such types of activities in the classroom.

This event is by invitation only. Any questions should be directed to Sherry Bosch at sbosch@iste.org.
