Valerie Woods, MA Leadership, CEC
As a speaker, coach, and consultant, Valerie applies her learning and experience from a diverse background in leadership, coaching, adult education, facilitation, teaching, and professional speaking.
Valerie has her Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and Training, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, both from Royal Roads University, and a Provincial Instructor’s Diploma in adult education from Vancouver Community College. She has achieved her Associate Certified Coach designation through the International Coach Federation and she is currently a director for the Okanagan Professional Coaches Association. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
Valerie is a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and she is certified to administer the MBTI® personality indicator along with various other Psychometric assessment tools.
Valerie inspires her clients to create winning results while building their capacity as effective learners, leaders, and business professionals. Her clients continually praise her ability to establish engaging and trusting relationships while fostering a safe environment for learning and growth.
