ISTE Visa® Gift Card Drawing: Contest Rules and Regulations

Eligibility: The drawing is open to paid and attending webinar attendees participating in the selected February 13, March 25, and April 23, 2008 ISTE IEE webinars. Employees of ISTE and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. Limit one entry per webinar connection. |

How to Enter: To participate in the promotion and gain entry to the prize drawing, visit www.iste.org/webinars and register for either the February 13, March 25, or April 23rd ISTE webinars. All paid registrants will automatically be entered into the drawing for the corresponding webinar they attend. |

Prize Drawings: Winners of the Visa® gift cards will be selected at random and announced during the corresponding webinar. Odds of winning are determined by the number of ISTE registrants and e-mail entries per webinar. |

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) $50.00 Visa® gift card will be awarded per webinar. The prize is not transferable for cash. There are a total of three (3) prizes for the duration of the 2008 ISTE Visa® Gift Card Drawing. |

General Rules: Names of the paid webinar participants will be entered into the drawing, which will take place on or around 1:00 p.m. PST for each corresponding webinar. Winners will be notified in real time during the webinar event by the webinar host. One entry is allowed per connection and you must be present to win. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in a loss of your prize and another winner will be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes if applicable are the sole responsibility of winner. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Web site; violates the official rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion are not eligible. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and award all applicable prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor and its Administrators and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Promotion or any prize awarded. Winners (or the parent/guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the promotional materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes. ISTE reserves sole, final and binding judgment as to all matters concerning the contest. Must be 18 or older to participate. |

Publicity: All entrants agree to permit Sponsor to publicize their entry on its Web site and in other media, and use their entries for Sponsor marketing/advertising materials in all media and in perpetuity and for any and all purposes. Furthermore, upon submission, entrant waives any and all right to his/her right to privacy or publicity in connection with the entry. By entering, entrants agree to the use of the winner's name and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or acceptance or use of any prize. Winners agree that their name, likeness and voice may be used by Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation. |
