    Douglas Daniell
   
    is lead evaluator on federal educational technology grants to the University of Oregon, the Oregon Technology in Education Network and Boise State University. In addition, Mr. Daniell provides evaluation and technology integration consulting services to school districts and to ISTE's National Education Technology Standards project. 15 years experience evaluating federally

   
    funded programs in the areas of education, health, agriculture and economic development. Mr. Daniell has performed program evaluations for the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Agency for Economic Development, the United Nations Development Program, and the African Development Bank. Mr. Daniell received a Master's degree with honors in Sociology and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
