Form Follows Function: Web Page Architecture for Educational Telecomputing Projects

Currently, Web page design focuses upon form and content. We consider, for example, layout options, overall structure, transfer time, browser differences, readability, and aesthetics. Yet for Web pages that support curriculum-based educational telecomputing projects, page functions may be more important. Ten will be demonstrated and discussed.
