The tools required to create web pages are most likely already
available
on your computer: a text editor and a web browser. The HyperText
Markup
Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) will be used in
order
to develop web pages in which form and content can be integrated
as well
as controlled independently. A discussion of
"publishing" web
pages and advanced web technologies will follow.
