Is LoTi Still Relevant Today? More than 15 years after the Levels of Technology Implementation Framework (LoTi) was developed to determine the value of technology in the classroom, creator Chris Moersch writes about how LoTi continues to evolve as a research tool, a school improvement model, and a digital-age survey for professional development.

How Not to Do One-to-One One-to-one laptop programs are great for engaging students and teaching 21st-century skills. But what happens when students suddenly get access to social networking tools? Matt Levinson from Nueva School in Hillsborough, California, explains how a decision to kill iChat divided the community and taught district officials a valuable lesson.

Saving Glen Cove School Five years ago, Glen Cove School in New York was in trouble. Test scores were dismal, and the school had landed on a list of failing schools. Assistant Superintendent Shari L. Camhi writes about how a new leadership team came in and transformed the school by using technology as a bridge between components of its instructional program.
