Track Substitutes with Google Spreadsheets

Problem: It can be difficult to track the availability of substitute teachers when several schools in the same district are drawing from the same pool.
Here's a solution: Use the spreadsheet function in Google Apps to track substitute teachers. We create a spreadsheet and then share it out to the personnel who handle substitutes for each building. This allows the person at each building to see which subs are already spoken for and gives us some limited reporting on substitutes without having to pay for a substitute tracking program.
