Teacher
Graphs
During
training, the teachers used real data to explore different
electronic
graphing tools. For example, teachers discussed the
meaning of a
graph from the August 4, 1997, issue of USA Today. The
graph showed
the distribution of baseball card collectors around the
United States
and was based on data gathered by NFO Research for Enesco
Corp.
Then they used electronic graphing tools to alter the
message of
the graph.
Here
is the raw data teachers used.
