Summer Feature

    It's All Online!

Welcome to the June, July, August issue of L&L! This online issue consists of articles and columns from the previous volume (Volume 32) that represent a typical issue of L&L and are some of the best and most useful articles in my humble opinion, but also that represent a balance of practical with visionary perspectives. Also included is a special bonus package, including all of the copyright articles from the April issue.

New ISTE members can see a selection of the previous volume. Potential members can see what a typical L&L issue is like. Current members and L&L readers can make sure they didn't miss a great idea, catch up on the new What's New, and compare their "best of the best" list to mine (and please let me know if you think I missed a gem, via letters@iste.org!).

There is no print issue of L&L for three months. Expect to see your next print issue in September. Look for new columns by L&L ed tech leaders, Glen Bull, Don Hall, and Doug Johnson. Read what's on their minds, their assessment of the state of the state, and their recommendations about technology in education from their vantage points as teacher educator, CIO, and library media specialist respectively.

Get even more curriculum ideas from more contributors as we add a new format that includes shorter lesson ideas, tricks, and tips. (For new submission guidelines, visit the About L&L page: www.iste.org/LL.) Also look for more hardware/software reviews, buyer's guides, and more great features and reader polls.

If you live in the northern hemisphere, have a great summer. But no matter where you live, I hope you take some time to recharge your batteries by reading these great L&L articles!
