Implementing a Laptop Program: Two school districts in Oregon launched 1-to-1 programs-one at an elementary and one at a middle school. Find out how they did, what they learned, and how to capitalize on their experience.

Tech Club Empowers Peer Tutors: A peer-tutoring modle for elementary students succeeded at helping students to use technolgy more effectively and teacher to focus on developing better lessons integrating technology to improve learning.

Flowcharts as Troubleshooting Tools: The usual problem with tech support is that it isn't readily available precisely when you need it. Developing, posting, and disseminating simple flowcharts that outline common computer problems can provide easy, at-hand solutions for computer labs and classrooms.
