Shipping and Handling prices for orders placed by fax or mail can be obtained from ISTE Customer Service at 1-800-336-5191 or by email at orders@iste.org.
Expedited Shipping: Orders requesting expedited shipping that are received by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day the order is received. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time or over the weekend, will be shipped the following business day.
U.S. PO boxes & military addresses: U.S. address orders placed via ISTE's Web site are shipped via UPS only. If you have a U.S. PO box or military address, please contact ISTE Membership Services at 1.800.336.5191 to place your order by phone and request USPS shipping.
Payment by purchase order: Purchase orders must be mailed or faxed. Purchase orders are accepted for U.S. and Canadian orders only.
