Net 30 orders must be accompanied by authorized company purchase orders. International orders and orders for individuals must be prepaid or charged to a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card. All orders outside the U.S. and Canada must be prepaid.

Returns: ISTE allows return of merchandise, provided materials are in-print and in resalable condition. Bundles must be returned in their entirety, and all components must be in resalable condition. Restrictions may apply. Membership dues are non-refundable.
