Julie Lindsay — International Representative
Julie Lindsay is an enthusiastic, global-minded education leader and innovator. She is originally from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, where she gained recognition as a music educator. Over the past 14years, she has been teaching and leading the use of technology in schools in Zambia, Kuwait, Bangladesh, and Qatar. She is currently e-learning coordinator at Beijing BISS International School in China.
Lindsay’s holds master's degrees in music from La Trobe University in Melbourne) and in educational technology leadership from George Washington University in Washington, DC, USA. She has been an Apple Distinguished Educator, member of the Horizon Report Board of Advisers (2008–11), ISTE Ambassador, co-founder of Flat Classroom “Projects LLC and Flat Classroom” Conference and Live Events Inc., and chair of the Educator Advisory Board for the Global Education Conference 2010.
