iPhone App FAQs
Q: What are the requirements for running ISTE’s iPhone application?
A: ISTE’s iPhone application runs on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, iPhone 4, and second generation iTouches. It also works on most first generation iPhones, but users may occasionally experience lagginess or errors. Access to the Internet is required on all devices.
Q: I installed the ISTE application on my iPhone, but when I try to launch it, I’m presented with a blank screen or no navigation items. What’s the problem?
A: If you just installed the application, it’s always best to fully restart your iPhone before using an application for the first time. (Hold down the home and on/off keys until the screen goes blank and then the Apple logo appears).
If you’ve successfully used the application before (and have not just installed it), try restarting the application. If that doesn’t work, you may be having an issue with a weak wifi signal. Try disabling your wifi and confirming that you have good data service.
Q: When clicking on a navigation item, it takes me to the wrong content area. What should I do to correct this error?
A: Try restarting the application. If that doesn’t work, please submit a bug report.
