ISTE
released new student standards in June 2007 at NECC in Atlanta,
Georgia. The next generation of National Educational Technology
Standards for Students (NETS•S) were the result of input
and feedback from educators across the U.S. and 22 other countries.
ISTE has
launched refresh efforts to update the NETS for Teachers
(NETS•T).
