HP Innovations in Education Grant Year 2 Summary Report

 

 In 2009, Hewlett-Packard launched the HP Innovations in Education grant program for secondary schools worldwide. The award included HP equipment, cash stipends, and, in select regions, professional development that ISTE provided. This report summarizes the outcomes of those schools receiving professional development from the HP Innovations in Education grant program from 2009 through 2011.

The report identifies and describes emerging technologies likely to have a large impact on teaching, learning, research, or creative expression within education around the globe. The 2011 report was produced in collaboration between ISTE, New Media Consortium, the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN), and made possible via a grant from HP.
