Special Rates
- ISTE Members
The ISTE Member rate is available to all current ISTE members; your membership must be valid through July 1, 2009.
- Groups of 10 or more
Group Members who are also ISTE members may register at the Super Early-Bird rate of $206 at any time. Group Members who are General Public (Non-Member) may register at the Super-Early Bird rate of $295 at any time.
- Presenters
Presenters who are also ISTE members may register at the Super Early-Bird rate of $206 at any time. Other presenters (General Public) may register at the Super Early-Bird rate of $295 at any time.
- Volunteers
Volunteers who are also ISTE members may register at the Super Early-Bird rate of $206 at any time. Other volunteers (General Public) may register at the Super Early-Bird rate of $295 at any time.
- Guests
The $75 guest fee (one per attendee) allows entrance into the Opening Reception and the Exhibit Hall. Does not include attendance to sessions or workshops. Students under 16 and registered for NECC may explore the Exhibit Hall when accompanied by an adult registrant.
- Full-Time Students
A student rate of $174 for a full registration is available to full-time students who show proof of enrollment at the time of registration. Please provide your student ID number and school name. Students under 16 and registered for NECC may explore the Exhibit Hall when accompanied by an adult registrant.
- Retired Educators
In support of retired educators, NECC is offering a discounted rate of $135 for a full registration.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Conference and Workshop Registration cancellations will be accepted through June 22, 2009.
Full registration cancellations will be subject to a $99 service fee. Student/Retired Educator and One-Day registration cancellations will be subject to a $59 service fee. After the cancellation deadline, no refunds will be granted. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge, but the replacement's registration fee will be subject to pricing based on her/his ISTE Membership status. NOTE: ISTE Memberships and membership-related fees are non-refundable.

Registration Confirmation
For all registrants providing e-mail addresses, final confirmations will be sent via e-mail beginning June 5, 2009. Otherwise, postal confirmations will be mailed after June 6, 2009.

Tax Exempt Information
If you will be purchasing books or materials from ISTE at NECC, please check with your district or employer prior to attending to see if you are tax exempt. If so, you may need to bring certification of that status to Washington, DC.
Graduate Credit
Please check back in Spring 2009 for more information.
Continuing Education Credits
NECC will provide attendees with certificates to document their participation in the conference and attendance at workshops. Certificates of Participation for the general conference will be available at the NECC Information Booth beginning Saturday, June 27. Certificates of Attendance will be available in each workshop and, in some cases, must be signed by the workshop presenter. Please check with your district or state to see if this is a requirement before coming to NECC 2009.

NECC Publications
ISTE members, NECC 2008 attendees, and NECC 2009 attendees registered by January 2009 will automatically be mailed our Advance Program by March 2009. If you're not already on one of those lists and would like to receive an Advance Program, please send an e-mail with your address to .
Housing Reservations
Housing is separate from the Registration process. Please see Housing/Travel for information on how to reserve a hotel room beginning November 7, 2008.
