Gupo Educare

Grupo Educare’s Information and Technology (Informática y Tecnología) curriculum is a digital literacy curriculum for grades 1-6 that can be used by itself or complemented with a set of resources. Educational software is an integral part of the curriculum, which also features optional materials including teacher’s guides and student books and CDs. Grupo Educare’s research center also offers workshops and webinars for education professionals about integrating educational technology.

The Grupo Educare  curriculum received the ISTE Seal of Alignment for Readiness. Reviewers determined this resource helps build foundational technology skills needed to support the ISTE Standards for Students.

This is a broad, tiered curriculum for teaching a variety of readily transferrable technology skills. Lessons can extend into comprehensive curriculum-based projects, or participants can implement the curriculum without having to change significant portions of their regular curriculum.
