Tracee Aliotti, senior director of events strategy & experience, leads ISTE’s event strategy team in its work to translate event objectives into creative strategies that enhance attendee experience, drive revenue and strengthen brand recognition, all while supporting organization-wide strategic initiatives.
Tracee joined ISTE in 2010 and served in a variety of marketing leadership roles before moving to the events division. She’s particularly proud of her work to project manage ISTE’s 2013 rebranding, implement a brand management framework, and introduce and roll out a marketing content strategy and agile marketing programs.
Prior to joining ISTE, Tracee worked at a brand design firm where she led the creation of comprehensive brand and marketing programs for a diverse portfolio of clients, including the 2008 USGA Women's Amateur; City of Rochester, Minnesota; University of Oregon Alumni Association; and the City of Beaverton, Oregon.
She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing and communications emphasis from the University of Oregon.
Tracee believes a solid mix of passion, humility, discipline and humor, combined with respect and compassion for others, is the best way to get the best results. When she’s not ISTE-ing, you'll find her enjoying family and doing all she can to keep her mind, body and spirit fit. Her most favorite things in life are being a wife and best friend to her brilliant husband, Michael, and mommy to their beautiful kiddos, Nina, Nico and Naiya.
