The Coaching Academy is a series of self-paced modules.

Enhancing learning by integrating technology often requires coaches to co-plan learning activities with their peers.  Co-planning is one of the key roles for virtually every Ed Tech Coach.

In this Learning Lab participants will learn how Ed Tech Coaches use a lesson improvement process, and related resources, to provide a structure as they co-plan learning activities with peers in their school.  Participants will get hands on experience using this process to improve a learning activity from their classroom or school.

This Learning Lab will help Ed Tech Coaches develop the skills they need to play a key role in helping peers improve Teaching, Learning and Assessment as defined in the NETS•C Standards.  The Learning Lab is designed for K-12 educators in any subject area who want to become Educational Technology Coaches or strengthen their Coaching skills.
