Michelle Otstot

Bio: Michelle Otstot is the principal of Copper Ridge School in the Scottsdale Unified School District, Ariz. She earned an M.Ed. in special education from Arizona State University, an M.A.Ed in early childhood education from Ottawa University and a M.Ed. in educational leadership and administration from Northern Arizona University. She is currently a doctoral student the Ed.D. program in leadership and innovation at Arizona State University. Ostot is interested in the transformation of instructional practices through the integration of technology, and she is conducting research on the empowerment of teachers to use student-owned mobile devices as instructional tools in their classrooms.
