ISTE Books Order Policy

Individual Orders

ISTE members receive a 25% discount on all book purchases. You may order online directly from the ISTE Store or by contacting ISTE customer support.

Return Policy

ISTE will accept the return of undamaged items in saleable condition within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund or credit. No returns are accepted after 30 days.

ISTE does not pay for return shipping and will only credit shipping expenses if the original order contained damaged or a misdelivered product.

Any products returned for other reasons and received in less-than-saleable condition will not be accepted.

Refunds for accepted returns will be issued within 60 days of receipt of the return, provided the product was received in saleable condition.

Bulk Orders

Discount Policy

Bulk discounts are available for quantity purchases of a single title as follows:

50-99: 35% off the list price
100-249: 40% off the list price
250 or more: 45% off the list price

Customers will be charged shipping. Members and member institutions may not combine their membership discounts with the bulk-order discount. Please contact pubadmin@iste.org with questions or to request a quote.

Return Policy

Bulk orders are nonreturnable.

Affiliate Orders

Discounts are available for ISTE affiliates wanting to sell books to their members or at affiliate conferences. Please contact pubadmin@iste.org for details and to request a quote.

Wholesale and Resell Orders

Resellers and wholesalers may place orders with Ingram. If you do not have an account with Ingram, you can place orders with ISTE directly by emailing us at pubadmin@iste.org. Vendors placing an order for the first time are required to pay with a credit card.

Discount Policy

ISTE’s published discount schedule is 35% professional. All discounts are off the retail list price. Purchasers will be charged shipping unless a collect account number is provided. Orders for higher quantities will qualify for deeper discounts.

Return Policy

ISTE books may be returned in saleable condition within six months of purchase. Prior authorization is not required. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and/or ISTE order number. Shipments received without paperwork will not be processed and no credit will be given. A restocking fee may apply.

Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method or insured parcel post.

International Orders

Please see ISTE’s list of international distributors to order books outside of the U.S.

If you prefer to order directly from iste.org, we can fulfill your order. All international orders pay shipping from the U.S.

Desk and Exam Copy Policy

Professors interested in using an ISTE title in their courses should submit an official request from their institutional email address. Requests may be emailed to pubadmin@iste.org.
