BAM Education Radio and ISTE Launch Podcast Focused on Next Practices in Edtech

WASHINGTON, D.C. — BAM Education Radio Network, the leading all-education radio network, and the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) are announcing an agreement to produce and host “Learning Unleashed: An ISTE Podcast for Innovative Educators.”

The program will feature ISTE authors and experts and will take listeners into deep dives on edtech and using good practice to solve tough problems in education. The podcast will air on BAM Education Radio Network's new mobile platform, the ISTE website, iTunes and Spotify. The program will feature some of the most insightful, thoughtful and experienced voices in the edtech space with a focus on what works. To date, some of the podcosts include using technology for bold, unapologetic social good, and an episode on the fascinating things students are doing with technology.

ISTE’s Learning Unleashed will be the first new channel added to BAM Radio's new mobile-optimized platform. The new platform offers snackable PD 10-minute episodes that educators can easily consume on the go.

Carl Hooker, a popular speaker in the education community, will host Learning Unleashed. Hooker is the author of the six-book ISTE series “Mobile Learning Mindset,” a guide for teachers, administrators, parents and others to support and embrace mobile learning in our schools.
